Welcome to Rural Lodges Scotland, countryside retreats Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park in Stirlingshire in Scotland.
What we offer
We have created unique retreats with all the home comforts we could think of. Each cottage caters to all. From walkers, cyclists & adventurers to those who just want to chillout, relax and unwind. From family activity holidays to romantic breaks.
Nestled at the bottom of Ward Wood, it's not remote but you'll feel like your miles away.
There are only 2 lodges at Wardpark so it's extremely private but watch out for nosey neighbours! The sheep, cows & horses from the surrounding farms sometimes come over to say hello.
The cottages are perfect for family, friends or couples and whether you love walking, cycling or just lounging around, this peaceful country retreat is perfect for all.
Bring your camera! With Ben Lomond to the west and the Menteith Hills and Lochard Forrest to the North you will never be bored of the views. The lodges have stunning views of the sun setting over the hills and on clear nights the stars are breathtaking (be sure to make a wish!)
The grounds are mostly pretty woodland with a burn flowing through and large pond so lots of wildlife to see and explore.
There is a shared area for kit drying & bike clean & storage plus The Bothy with lots of games, books and maps of the area. Feel free to hang out, the views here are the best so pull a chair and blanket out onto the verandah, relax and enjoy (have a wee dram on us from a local distillery)
Activitites. Where do we start! There is so much to see and do - see our local area page which has useful links which you can check out before you come or help yourself to information provided at the Bothy.
